I just purchased but can't see the indicator
Core: Open the script link in your purchase email, paste the code into TradingView's Pine Editor, then save and add it to your chart. No Dashboard login or invite is needed. Pro: Enter your exact TradingView username on your Dashboard, then add Phantom Flow from Invite-only scripts in TradingView. Contact support if access is still missing.
My signals aren't showing on the chart
Check that the script compiles without errors and is added to the chart. Check indicator visibility and enable the outputs you want in settings. Confirm the symbol, timeframe, and criteria for the event you expect. Record your settings and any error message before contacting support.
How do I set up alerts?
Core offers Phantom Shift Buy/Sell, Phantom Combo Buy/Sell, and SMC structure conditions for internal or swing events. Pro uses different condition names. Select the actual event and frequency in the alert dialog; consult the Core alert guide for Core setup.
Can I use Phantom Flow on mobile?
Yes. Phantom Flow works on the TradingView mobile app. Add the indicator to your chart on desktop first, save the layout, and it will sync to mobile automatically.
What's the refund policy?
Core (the one-time Phantom Flow purchase) is all sales final — because it's a digital product with instant access, we don't offer refunds on Core. Phantom Flow Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment (this does not apply to free-trial conversions, which are final). How do I update my TradingView username?
Pro: Update your username in Dashboard → TradingView Setup to match your TradingView profile. Core uses the script from your purchase email and needs no invitation.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your Dashboard and click “Manage Subscription” to access the customer portal. You can cancel recurring billing there. Your Core access is never affected — that’s yours for life.
Is there a way to get more features beyond Core?
Yes. After purchasing Core, you’ll have the option to upgrade to Phantom Flow Pro for additional features like Phantom Power Levels, Phantom Trail, a real-time dashboard, and continuous updates. Pro is exclusively available to Core owners.
